When I mention to people I meet that I help solopreneurs and small business owners with their systems, I hear a few things in response:
- “That’s great! Everyone needs systems!” [True]
- “Oh man, I need help with that, but I don’t even know where to start.” [A common problem]
- “I get so overwhelmed when I think about systems and organizing. I totally avoid it.” [I’ve heard this many times during the nine years I’ve run my business]
I just launched a DIY course that can help you and anyone else who has had one of those thoughts above.
There are a lot of great ways to automate, create processes that streamline your work and tighten up your business. In fact, during my Business Systems Diagnostic Assessment, we dig deep into eight areas of business where we can make some magic happen. If you’re not quite ready for that, this course is right up your alley.
Having the right systems in place to support you is essential. And the sooner you do it, the better. Yesterday would have been ideal, but today is better than six months from now.
The course includes five videos – each one covering why the system is essential and then I provide options that are available at a variety of price points. Some tools are even free. Cost should NOT be the reason you avoid putting systems in place. In every single area, I give at least one resource that won’t cost a dime. If you’re hoping to grow your business, you’ll need systems that can support you. And you can grow, change and upgrade along the way.
Bundled with the videos are a companion resource guide with 60+ systems options, a getting started guide and worksheet to help you stay on track and avoid overwhelm.
